An annex of Les Poulettes, this Poussin presents itself well, offering in a neat bistro setting a menu of trendy dishes combining genres and influences: tuna tartare, Galician-style octopus, vitello tonnato, beef tataki with chimichurri sauce. It's simple and straightforward, well done and affordable. You can also consider it as an aperitif with the boards, cecina, tarama and croquetas.
