The little brother of "Les Poulettes," right next door, is a well-mannered spot—a bistro with a refined atmosphere where you can savor the latest trends, local and international ingredients and recipes with a certain delight, all in a simple setting: Iberian charcuterie, cecina de León, pimientos and xistorra, sea bass ceviche, beef tataki with chimichurri sauce… Solid and reasonably priced, in a relaxed atmosphere.
