Gourmet Restaurant Star status hasn't fundamentally altered Pouliche's career path, and she swallows obstacles with the success we all know. Amandine Chaignot offers simple, vegetable-focused cuisine, with a €30 lunch menu ("mise en selle" of three starters, salsify hake, chard ribs and beurre blanc, olive oil-hazelnut cake and Greek yoghurt...) and a more substantial €62 dinner menu. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service friendly and professional.
