Gourmet Restaurant An institution since 1928 in the department's fourth most populous town, this handsome hotel continues to welcome travelers from France and beyond for its*** service and market table. The set menu is decent and does the trick for a short stopover: a sausage rougail, a filet of julienne, a fruit meringue sweet. Friendly service.
