Original Restaurant This pork-butchery institution has opened its table to allow customers to discover the company's creations direct from the producer. The place is elegant and bright, with wood, white and natural light. Most of the charcuterie products are available, starting with charcuterie and ham platters, followed by munster pastry in a crust, buttered onion tart, bouchée à la reine, three-meat baeckeoffe, brotwurscht and iced kougelhopf.
