As the name suggests, this is modern dining at its best, with a light, cool tone in a pleasant club-lounge setting. To sample the current range of dishes, the La Traversée menu, at €59, is a good option, with a vegetable starter (cauliflower last time), pike-perch, beef fillet and hazelnut dessert. Formulas are fixed, with no choice, but the work is well done.
