Chef's Restaurant The location of this Poisson d'Avril, facing the sea with its delightful terrace, is not the only asset of the restaurant run by Klervi Berrou. The former resident of l'Agapa in Perros-Guirec and the legendary Cognette in Issoudun likes to distinguish herself with a cuisine that is both colorful and likes to take taste contrasts, with a saithe marinated in beet and hazelnut granola, a pig's cheek with red vun, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and roasted leeks, spinach coulis and an original combination of squash and coffee in a dessert that includes cream, sorbet, cookie and ice cream. Smiling service, well-stocked cellar with good Loire choices.
