Located on the port of Guilvinec, the hotel-restaurant boasts a magnificent ocean view, ideal for discovering Klervi Berrou's cuisine, which focuses on the sea and local produce. Having previously worked at L'Agapa in Perros-Guirec and La Cognette in Issoudun, the chef retains her originality, playing on contrasts and counterpoints with intelligence: pollack gravelax with lime, cucumber, mint and fennel tagliatelle, cucumber and mint tzatzíki, seed cookie, peach and spelt return with chorizo, tomato confit and tarragon, spianata piccante, leek and tomato, beurre nantais with tarragon, pulled pork, mashed potatoes with shallots, arugula, fennel and roasted carrots, cider sauce, chocolate dessert, sweet potato and rosemary. Menus from €22 to €64.
