On the beach at La Garoupe, Olivier Condat runs one of the finest beach restaurants in the area, with its own luxury, private beach and top-quality dishes. The service is aimed at a rather affluent clientele, and the taste logically follows: lobster salad with citrus fruits, octopus salad, ravioli of Saint-Jean with summer truffle cream, grilled wild bass, roast cockerel with garlic and Sicilian tomatoes... Classic desserts. Fair prices. Good service.
