Gault&Millau's review 2026

The second affair of the Juliette Busetto - Samuel Victori tandem is a resounding success. Because it's more accessible, both in terms of content and price, and because its reputation is now well established, it's a pleasure to enter this intimate setting and warm atmosphere, where you'll feel at home. The other, not inconsiderable, advantage is that you can choose what you eat, from a short, contemporary menu: lamb in creamy sesame, mint and coriander tacos, fish in "origami", a sashimi with a spicy sesame sauce and folded nori, truffle mushroom arancini and acquarello rice with a runny heart of mozza, and good "Escoffier tradition" crepes Suzette for dessert. The whole sequence for around €60, with a good cellar and attentive service.
