The antechamber of Les Agitateurs is far from being a cardboard house. The duo Juliette Busetto and Samuel Victori offer a bistronomic vision, combining offbeat combinations with great French traditions. Cheese naan with soubresade rubs shoulders with comté soufflé, langoustine raviole and bisque de tête are pitted against cordon bleu or filet de boeuf Rossini, too wisely brought to the table, which a welcome sauceboat would have deserved, so that a little Second Empire air floats around the room, morbleu... But if some dishes lack stage direction, the pleasure of the meal remains intact, especially when the chocolate dariole, in memory of Michel Troisgros, arrives at the table. A perfectly sourced, gourmet cellar. And the service is flawless. Cacahuète.
