Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Chambéry, Maud and Adrien Trouilloud invite you to their address, a little "piece of the south" in the heart of Savoie's capital, Chambéry. With Mediterranean accents, you'll enjoy a pleasant stroll thanks to the talent of the former Lasserre chef. The menu is as inviting as ever, offering sun-drenched sharing plates (baba ganoush, labneh olives and lemon...), followed by grilled octopus in jalapenos sauce for a spicy, flavorful journey, and spice-marinated poultry. The wine list remains firmly rooted in the Savoyard hillsides. A good time shared at this address that sings... like a chaffinch in the middle of summer.
