Gourmet Restaurant A little Mediterranean sunshine in the cold waters of Chambéry? The fact remains that Adrien Trouilloud, formerly known at Lasserre in Paris, has made a successful landing in Savoie. And his cuisine, while inspired by the seasons and local produce, often has that sharp, spicy character that makes the plates a little warmer. This is particularly true of appetizers, such as hummus and babaganoush, but also of octopus plancha with saffron tomato juice and fennel, or poultry marinated in sweet toum and zaatar spices. Generous plates, a warm welcome and desserts to suit the occasion (mango coconut rice pudding, chocolate mi-cuit with vanilla ice cream...). Well-informed wine cellar for Savoie and Jura.
