Gourmet Restaurant A cosy new restaurant on the touristy Place Graslin, which has got off to a good start. The service is young and efficient, and the menu offers a correct sequence, well in tune with the times, without much research but pleasant on the plate: kimchi burnt leek béarnaise emulsion, stir-fried beef with caramel, seaweed rice, chocolate mandarin tart... Classic Loire cellar.
