Gault&Millau's review 2026

A well-deserved toque for this well-informed pilgrim to Place Graslin: this is a bistro of today, with a menu that doesn't measure a kilometer, that embraces trends without trying too hard to be "fashionable". The cool atmosphere confirms this, as we share a hummus or prefou, before tackling a homemade pig terrine, grilled octopus with chickpea and squash cream, or roast poultry with Jerusalem artichoke mousseline and meat jus. We finish with chestnut moelleux or lemon cake.
