The first restaurant by celebrity chef Pierre Sang offers seating in the open kitchen or in the vaulted cellar for a set “discovery” menu featuring six Korean-inspired courses (amuse-bouche, two appetizers, main course, cheese, and dessert). Fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local artisans take center stage here. So you’ll need to be open to surprises—such as, during our last visit, asparagus, chicken and Chinese cabbage purée, and a cucumber dessert.
