After more than ten years' experience, Pierre Sang has become a brand name, a sign of reliability well beyond the neighborhood. He can be satisfied with his prices, which, unlike many of his younger counterparts attracted by the show of force, remain modest, with a very attractive dinner menu at €48, also available at lunchtime. All in all, a fine mix of French-Asian ideas, a great atmosphere and a strong cellar. Why look any further?
