The beautiful terrace overlooking the Sorgue river is a powerful argument for discovering local cuisine. You don't have to look too far, trusting in dishes directly inspired by the season. Camille Pomarès continues the family adventure, in the fourth generation for almost a century. We drink Rhône wines, from a skillful selection that goes all the way up the valley, to the fine Saint-Jo de Faury, for example.
