A Strasbourg classic, the winstub located just in front of the cathedral is a good stop-off point for discovering Alsatian classics, while enjoying one of the city's most beautiful views. The menu focuses on the essentials: Alsatian salad, presskopf, onion tart, potato galettes, choucroute garnie, poultry supreme with cream sauce and mushrooms, vegetables and spätzles, duck parmentier with gingerbread sauce, forêt noire, parfait glacé with gewurztraminer marc... Efficient service.
