Gourmet Restaurant Patachée is a curly salad served by local grandmothers. On the outskirts of Angers, chef Clément Veillon invites us on a gastronomic stroll that is nonetheless firmly rooted in the times. A former second-in-command to the emblematic Gérard Bossé in Béhuard, he offers, like his mentor, a menu of unrivalled value for money, with dishes that are close to 2 toques, such as pan-fried, crunchy asparagus, enhanced by a chermoula sauce and a few cockles topped with fine buckwheat tuiles, or guinea fowl cooked twice, pholiotes and a beautifully colored pointed cabbage. The origin of the products is displayed, as is the wine list, in keeping with the house motto: "Eat well, drink healthy".
