Carefully selected ingredients, sourced directly from Lebanon or from the market for fresh vegetables, combined with unique expertise, a passion for flavor, and a genuine sense of hospitality—that’s what makes all the difference: whether you dine in or take out, treat yourself! Must-try dishes, in addition to tabbouleh and baba ghanoush (eggplant caviar): the hummus—which people travel from far and wide to taste—a marvel of balance between chickpeas, artisanal tahini (sesame paste), freshly squeezed lemon, and fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil from the first pressing, a pinch of cumin, and the chef’s expert touch! The eggplant dishes alone are worth the trip. Let’s give a special mention to the delicious sandwiches (meat or chicken), seared on the griddle just before serving for deliciously crispy bread. And what can we say about the Lebanese pastries or the rosewater and orange blossom water available in the grocery section?
