Gourmet Restaurant There are always interesting ideas and impressions to be gained from this quick trip to the city's gates. For ages, this modern yet timeless restaurant has been cultivating a slight discrepancy, in a pretty decor evocative of Manhattan. Come in the evening to sway between the Paris menu and the New York menu, both of which are quite tempting, despite the multiplication of ingredients that complicate tasting a little. Smoked sea trout with raw cream and pine bud vinegar, carrots, Roscoff onions and fennel, scallops in black sesame fritters, squash mousseline with lemon and parmesan, beet and kumquat, and the Valrhona chocolate dessert confirm the trend. Pleasant welcome, suitable cellar.
