It’s hard for the average person to imagine the atmosphere here, at an altitude of 3,000 meters, at the top of the cable car. The crowd isn’t quite the same as on a Saturday at a shopping mall, but the Bouvier family has turned this into the resort’s trendiest hangout throughout the entire ski season. The formula is simple: a high level of professionalism behind the cheerful atmosphere, an extremely motivated staff, plates presented with precision featuring simple yet perfectly executed dishes tailored to the setting, wood-fired cooking, and generous portions showcasing top-quality ingredients from the mountains and beyond.
