Gault&Millau's review2026
Warm and friendly, Paloma's dimly lit room, where tables are close together, and its large windows give a glimpse of the liveliness of the place. The decor is simple and neat, with knick-knacks, lamps and a few plants. The service is attentive and professional, even when the room is full, to the point where the pace is sometimes too fast. The inventive, shareable menu revisits classic dishes with a touch of flair: the shallot tatin with Morteau cheese and the duck, foie gras and pork pie are perfectly balanced, the octopus and pork dumpling with XO sauce stands out for its originality, while the perfect egg and the pear-hazelnut tartlet are wiser. The in-house wine and beverage list completes the experience.
