Gourmet Restaurant Quentin Le Borgne and Sophie Lours took over this promising spot (formerly Plat dans l'assiette) in the Old Quarter at the beginning of the year. With their chef Killian Holin, they invented a curious concept, perhaps temporary, of only offering dishes to share (if you come alone, you have to eat for two); especially surprising insofar as it doesn't involve large pieces, but two portions served in a large dish... Nevertheless, the result is quite pleasing: fresh starters (sea bream carpaccio, mackerel with seaweed and watercress, veal tataki), followed by a supreme of free-range chicken cromesquis from the thighs with curry (a little dry), ginger-infused rice with poulette sauce, and a good cabbage praline with caramelized dried fruit. Cellar under construction with some good references, attentive and educational service from Quentin, bill around €50 per person.
