When so many chefs have given up and taken refuge in basic fast food, fortunately there are still many who continue to cook and offer a tempting menu. Chef Antonio Capasso mixes his Italian cuisine with elaborate Mediterranean recipes to offer sequences that are always interesting, in this pleasant setting on quiet Rue Tonduti: tartare with a stracciatella knife, hazelnuts and black truffle, a fine work on pasta, with for example mezze maniche with squid, mussels and nduja, braised veal cheek with red wine. Good lunch menu at €28, pleasantly distinguished atmosphere.
