Gault&Millau's review2026
Taking a deliberately Italian approach, chef Antonio Capasso brings his Origins back to basics, even if it's the Mediterranean more generally that dominates the entire menu. The setting brings relaxation and calm to this barely off-center neighborhood, and prices remain fairly low for the service: salmon gravlax with buffalo ricotta beet, spaghettoni with bottarga sea urchins and marinated anchovies, lamb shank braised in red wine with caramelized tropéa onions and purée, before cheesecake or tiramisu for dessert.
