In the heart of the Artois region, a quarter of an hour from Arras, this elegantly renovated establishment is the brainchild of an up-and-coming chef, Maëllie Poynard. With her partner Alexandre, who runs the dining room, she offers menus from €60 to €110, depending on the number of courses. We can't wait for this interesting brand to grow and give diners more freedom, the main thing being the undoubted potential of this up-and-coming address.
