Chef's Restaurant Pretty little plates, sparkling with novelty and inventiveness, with a zest of humor, here's something to whet the appetite, and a touch of pride for a winning team in this lively corner of the arrondissement. The program is changing, seasonal, virtuous, and you can nibble, one, two or more with the same pleasure: pâté en croûte, gnocchi with comté cheese and mushrooms, mackerel with parsnip cream and sorrel jus, trout à la flamme with pear and mustard, Perche poultry with smoked cardamom woody pepper... Eloi Spinnler achieves an invigorating mix on a solid classical background, in a legible and creative vein, right through to the seemingly banal desserts: tatin, pavlova, chocolate orange confit financier...Well-chosen wines by the glass.
