In the heart of the vibrant 11th arrondissement, a cheerful address for fans of networking and Eloi Spinnler. One service follows another, and a friendly team is hard at work. Sometimes you have to raise your voice to be heard in this rather noisy atmosphere. If you're in the mood for a more hushed atmosphere, the alcove speakeasy is the place to be. To get you started, the card game encourages you to choose Pride from among the deadly sins. You'll be able to navigate between à la carte dishes and hidden menus to share, or not. For starters, asparagus with mimosa egg and olive cream, or gnocchi (size XL) with shallot confit and salsa verde. Next up: trout gravlax with leek and sorrel vinaigrette, or confit lamb with lentil siphon and kimchi, an indispensable yet dispensable companion to high-profile tables. The desserts are terribly tasty: a vanilla cream pavlova seasoned with seasonal fruits, a cheesecake that's a little too tame, and a choco-caramel-salted butter brownie that's much less so! The wine list is really nice, accessible and inexpensive, with a good choice at less than €30 - a dream!
