Remarkable Restaurant It's great to be back with Thierry Marx on the loose: always at work, between his media activities, training and baking, the 2006 Chef of the Year (we don't forget him any more than he does) revives the Tide of yesteryear with a new, exciting version of himself. In the end, the exterior has changed little, but Thierry Marx brings out the vibrancy of the interior, respecting, as he professes, the product, the man and the gesture. Menus from €90 to €250, with two vegetarian options, wine or tea pairings.
