In this warm and atypical restaurant, Emmanuel, aka "Manu", shares his passion for cooking with his favorite seafood products! It's in his shellfish, fish and crustacean store that you'll find absolutely fresh dishes based on seafood recipes that vary from the great classics to the most creative. The fish is carefully selected by trusted criers, and the shellfish is rigorously chosen, like these fleshy, flavorful oysters from the Etang de Thau. It's a short step from stall to plate! Dishes are concocted in front of us à la minute in this open-plan setting, and everything is homemade, from the beurre blanc sauce to the fish stock for the bouillabaisse! Seafood platters are prepared on site or to take away, with the same savoir-faire, and the place also offers a ready-made meals and delicatessen section (rillettes, tartares, fish soups, vintage sardines, marinated shrimps...). Here, you take the time to enjoy the food, and it's not unusual to strike up a conversation with Manu, whose warm, jovial personality adds to the gourmet spectacle, as does the colorful wooden décor, a nod to the small fishing boats of Occitanie. On the wine side, a selection from the region, including a fine range of whites to sublimate the tastes and flavors of the sea! From May to October, the store and restaurant are open from Wednesday to Sunday (and Friday to Sunday the rest of the year).
