Izakaya cuisine, polished as in a kaïseki, is the expected catalog for what is now one of the city's best Japanese restaurants: gyozas, ponzu oysters, telgume tempura, katsu chicken, salmon with yuzu sauce, yakitori, grilled wagyu with binchotan (€80 per 100g), nigiri sushi, sashimi, maki, rolls, bentos for lunch and an €85 evening menu.
