Gault&Millau's review 2026

Under the banner of l'huile et du beurre, a convivial table in the heart of the small town, not far from the castle. A pleasant menu that changes every month with the latest ideas and goes a little further than simple trattoria cuisine: with pâté en croûte, arancino with taleggio heart, almond cream and celery, lasagne or spiced pork belly with mustard sauce vierge, and a good frangipane galette for dessert. The house also does a bit of grocery shopping and offers cooking workshops.
