Chef's Restaurant After earning his second toque in 2023, Baptiste Renouard hasn't slowed down, flirting with the upper echelons to which he is inevitably destined in the not-too-distant future. A skilful technician who pays close attention to the quality of his supplies, this former student of Jean-Louis Nomicos is just as seductive with a butternut squash praline and curry sabayon, a very vegetal dish, as he is with a beautiful sturgeon with beurre blanc and caviar and zucchini piperade with lemon basil, a dish with an assertive character. The dishes are beautifully presented, the products are of the highest quality and the prices are well justified, with an attractive Sienna menu at €120 for dinner and a lovely lunch menu at €55, including water and coffee. The wine cellar is essentially organic, and the service is friendly and committed.
