Baptiste Renouard had the brilliant idea of setting up shop in this chic, bustling suburb. Right in the heart of the neighborhood, he offers a showcase of contemporary cuisine—precise and even meticulous, given the attention to detail, without excessive embellishment, and characterized by good taste and restraint: coffee-roasted Brussels sprouts and spelt risotto, scallops with plantain cream and colombo sauce, finished with a splash of aged rum, and warm chocolate mousse with semi-salted butter—all part of a fine set menu priced at 130 €, which can be upgraded to 170 €. The setting is elegant, the atmosphere is lovely, and the wine cellar is well-stocked with top-notch selections.
