In one of the charming little streets in the center of town, Carlos Nuñez runs this unusual restaurant, with a style that's less Provençal than fusion, and he doesn't hesitate to add hints of Japan to his compositions. The result is a voyageur plate of fairly good execution, like this tartare of sea bream in cabbage leaf, Japanese jus, wakame and combawa, the return of peach and chimichurri sauce, creamy polenta and seasonal vegetables, a tagliata of smoked beef fillet, potato millefeuille and spicy jus. Signature menu at €65.
