Remarkable Restaurant Tradition and innovation go hand in hand at Château de Chilly with Jérôme Mamet, who has been delighting wine lovers on both sides of the border for twenty years, winning the Grand de Demain title in 2008. The assurance of a fine meal in this noble, rustic yet elegant setting.
