Gault&Millau's review 2026

Our former Grand de Demain, back in 2008, has retained the same energy and passion that rewarded us then. The beautiful stones of the Château de Chilly, which house this table, have lost none of their charm, which logically attracts a clientele eager for comfort, and who are not frightened by the prospect of having to deal exclusively with "hidden" menus. Don't worry though, the three toques are maintained each time we visit.
