Our guide: Sébastien Latournald, a passionate chef since his early childhood in Martinique, where he discovered cooking with his mother and aunts. After 20 years' experience in semi-gastronomic restaurants and brasseries, this dynamic and creative chef has now set down his apron some ten kilometers from Toulouse: he concocts with generosity and good humor dishes of traditional French cuisine, using seasonal and local produce, with occasional touches of spices from elsewhere, and well accompanied by a selection of wines to match. Welcomed with a smile by Pauline, Sébastien's companion, you'll enjoy daily specials that change with the day. On "themed Friday evenings", taste buds are awakened by the region of the world in the spotlight. The chef also sells a number of fine products from regional artisans.
