In the heart of the city, Carole Barbet brings her aesthetic sense to the elegant decor of this establishment, the colors of the materials and multiple objects are chosen with taste, the customer feels at ease in this contemporary-style atmosphere. There's no menu, but the chef offers a rather gourmet menu, with mackerel fillets lacquered with mimosa leeks and timut vinaigrette, or the house starter, langoustine tartare with celery remoulade, green apple and ginger juice. This is followed by a filet of st. Pierre with yellow wine sauce, green and white asparagus, black olive condiment and, to finish, a fresh pineapple, mango and coconut pavlova with pineapple sorbet. Friendly, smiling service, and a wine list featuring organic and biodynamic wines that go well with this cuisine, which is nevertheless vigorously priced.
