In 2017, Stéphane and Aurélie Fioc took over this business, which has been run uninterruptedly since 1863. The establishment is located at the top of the montée des forts, with a superb view of the Monts d'Or, a popular spot for partygoers and artists, who perform at the nearby Radiant. Isolated from the outside world by surrounding walls, the chic club atmosphere is combined with a rather well-crafted gastronomy, supported by a solid wine list. Fish and meat tartars and lemon linguine rub shoulders with beef and quenelles. A relaxed, luxurious atmosphere, with a high proportion of regulars.
