Gourmet Restaurant In 2017, Stéphane and Aurélie Fioc took over this business, which has been run uninterruptedly since 1863. The establishment is located at the top of the montée des forts, with a superb view of the Monts d'Or, a popular spot for partygoers and artists, who perform at the nearby Radiant. Isolated from the outside world by surrounding walls, the chic club atmosphere is combined with a rather well-crafted gastronomy, supported by a solid wine list. Fish and meat tartars and lemon linguine rub shoulders with beef and quenelles. A relaxed, luxurious atmosphere, with a high proportion of regulars.
