He has passed on his passion to his son, Maxence, who excels in pastry-making, and to his wife, Alice, who greets you and handles reservations with a smile. This family-run business has made quality its leitmotiv, working as much as possible with fresh produce. Wild fish sublimated by a la plancha cooking, purebred meats accompanied by reduced sauces based on juice concentrates... Such is the menu! The pavé de veau aux girolles, in season, and the foie gras, all year round, are must-tries. The menu evolves with François' travels, as he draws inspiration from the destinations he visits. Le Tigre qui pleure and tiramisù are particularly popular with gourmets. The wine list celebrates organic vintages, particularly from Burgundy.
