After working in prestigious establishments in France and Switzerland, Laura Berthet opened NONNÀ in October 2025. Here, you can enjoy traditional, creative cuisine, prepared by the chef using local produce. The menu changes seasonally. Highlights include pan-fried foie gras with rosemary caramelized apples and chicken supreme with morel sauce. Specialties from the Jura region are also on the menu. For dessert, the chocolate and chestnut moelleux is a real treat! Laura selects the wines herself and offers some excellent bottles. She also creates amazing Spritzes! On Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, from 2pm to 5:30pm, the establishment doubles as a tearoom, offering snacks for children at low prices. Brioches perdues, charcuterie boards and Jura cheeses are served with local teas, coffee, mulled wine and milkshakes.... All in a musical atmosphere, with top-of-the-range decor and a large terrace in fine weather. On Sundays, the Maison is available for private events. A great address!
