A lovely Marseillaise restaurant not far from the Catalans beach, run by Jean-Philippe and Jeanne Garbin, both of whom are at the helm of the kitchen. Jean-Philippe is in charge of the hot dishes, while Jeanne takes care of the starters and desserts, drawing inspiration from tradition to create a regional cuisine. On the €38 menu: favouille soup, cod accras, Mediterranean monkfish, butternut, carrot, carmine and oyster emulsion, duck breast, oyster mushrooms, cabbage and kale embeurrée, pistachio crème brûlée.
