A hotel restaurant launched a year ago under the supervision of Amandine Chaignot. The foodies are flocking in, and this gleaming neo-brasserie is doing well in this buoyant district. The menu is cheerful and contemporary, easy enough to decipher and enjoy: crunchy polenta with nduja mayo, Colonnata bacon focaccia with olive oil, barbajuans of chard with lemon gremolata in the nibbles to share, grilled octopus with watermelon and feta gazpacho, tagliolini with langoustines... Lunch is €45, dinner €55. The tiramisu is excellent.
