In the not-so-touristy Cambronne district, chef Hideki Nishi's discreet Neige d'Été restaurant creates a masterful counterpoint between French gastronomy and Japanese harmony. With two deliberately hidden menus at €100 for 4 courses or €155 for 6 courses, the cuisine highlights seafood products, precise cooking and clean seasonings, with a constant quest for balance and subtlety from the amuse-bouche to the mignardises. Certain combinations, to be discovered on the spot, bear witness to true creativity and an assertive personality. To accompany the meal, you can choose a fine bottle from the cellar or, better still, let yourself be guided by the sommelier's advice and opt for a well-thought-out food and wine pairing.
