This Japanese counter doesn't fall short of the mark, and its consistency explains the mention and the toque for the last ten years. In fact, by the expected standard, we'll agree that the sushi rice is well done, with a slice of fish that's always fresh, that the gyozas are well composed and that even the chicken skewer offers tender, well-flavored meat. Add to this the very central location, the friendliness of everyone and the speed of service in front of the open kitchen, all of which is matched by consistently low prices. Drink tea, Kirin or a glass of umeshu to accompany your meal.
