Close to the Opéra (it used to be the Opéra Bouffe), Murmures is an invitation to good-natured whispering, but also to good humor in the face of these well-framed proposals, the seasonal lunch menu at €27 (trout gravlax, poultry with mushrooms...), and the dinner formula, at €45 for four courses, or €65 for six, with no choice, but well-conducted in variety and confection: celery smoked cream teriyaki, fish and rouille soup, lamb clementine watercress, lemon butternut honey... In a pleasant modern bistro setting.
