Gault&Millau's review2026
Passing clientele? There are none at this Moulin, which has to rely solely on its solid (and well-deserved) reputation to entice good eaters to venture out on this little road that meanders wisely along the Tardoire, just a few hundred meters from the village. The terrace is delightful in fine weather (it's even possible to sit with your feet up in the grass), and the kitchen more than holds its candle, with a fine Plaisir menu featuring multiple choices: hot-smoked Neuvic sturgeon, pea salad and sorbet, red onion pickles and trout roe vinaigrette, crispy veal sweetbreads, broccoli mousseline and crayfish tails in parsley before a pretty millefeuille with spiced cream and orange zest, mounted salted butter caramel and gingerbread ice cream. Uneven service, varied cellar with a focus on lesser-known vineyards.
