Gourmet Restaurant It's a fine restaurant that you'll want to introduce to your colleagues and friends, and one that improves with age. The cuisine is masterful, the products are of the highest quality, and the whole is accompanied by an intelligently-constructed wine list that matches each dish. In this well-kept bistro atmosphere, you'll appreciate the quasi de veau, polenta, carrot purée, jus de veau à la réglisse or the signature dessert sphère chocolat noir, ganache Baileys, streusel cacao fleur de sel, sorbet agrumes, écorces de mandarines confites, sauce chocolat au lait. 1 toque this year.
