The cuisine is masterful, the products are of the highest quality, and the whole is accompanied by an intelligently-constructed wine list that matches each dish. In this well-kept bistro atmosphere, you'll appreciate the quasi de veau, polenta, carrot purée, jus de veau à la réglisse or the signature dessert sphère chocolat noir, ganache Baileys, streusel cacao fleur de sel, sorbet agrumes, écorces de mandarines confites, sauce chocolat au lait. 1 toque this year.
