Tantalize your taste buds with Chef Juan Pablo Villaverde. As his charming accent suggests, he's originally from South America, although his culinary career took place partly in France, and in some very fine establishments (Michel's El Berretin, boulangerie Jocteur). It's this duality of cultures that we find today at the table of his restaurant, Morajù (his nickname since he was a child), which he describes as an "author's canteen" and which he created in his own image just over a year ago. On a menu that changes with the seasons, his Franco-Argentine fusion cuisine expresses "that moment when the passion and finesse of French cuisine meets the warm, vibrant soul of Argentina", he says. The result can be savored in the glass as well as on the plate (ceviche, Argentinian faux filet, tiramisu with dulce de leche...), for always well-balanced pairings. At Morajù, you come to enjoy an experience, with reservations, and even to organize a very special event, by privatizing the premises.
