Gault&Millau's review 2026

The bistro side of this well-framed hotel restaurant. The menu is indeed close to that of the grand hotels, with contemporary, well-translated recipes that are not overly imaginative: vitello tonnato, smoked salmon crudo with lime-fennel marinade, lamb shoulder confit moussaka style, cherry giboulée with tagetes and yoghurt sorbet.
