Gault&Millau's review 2026

A well-placed neo-bistro in the heart of town, with an eloquent baseline ("drinking and eating") that does the job in the right way, seasonal produce, meticulous workmanship, well-calibrated menus: cream of asparagus, grilled wild asparagus with ginger-chili condiment, snacked trout beurre blanc with crushed dill, fennel and potato, strawberry fontainebleau with rosemary strawberry confit in a good €29 lunch menu (evening formula, quite similar, for €41). Good regional cellar with Icaunais (épineuil, irancy, vézelay...).
