Sponsored On the first floor of a handsome downtown building, this establishment taken over by mother and daughter restaurant professionals Alice Legendre-Nouviaire and Éve Sauvoux is an Apt institution. The ambiance is both chic and uncluttered, thanks to the attractive taupe leather chairs and well-crafted exotic wood tables. In his kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, Chef Bruno Tereszkiewicz concocts traditional market cuisine, using fresh, quality produce, most of it sourced through short distribution channels. 7 days a week, he offers a different dish of the day, 5 à la carte dishes including a fresh fish of the moment, a piece of Simmental beef (a remarkable butcher's meat), the emblematic Avignon-style lamb mouse, a local specialty marinated in white wine, and a fully-cooked vegan proposal. In fine weather, two sunny terraces with comfortable furniture invite you to relax. These terraces are set up in front of the restaurant, including one on Apt's most beautiful square opposite the town hall.
