Chef's Restaurant It could be just another chef's whim, as happens a hundred times a year in Paris, in short a non-event. Yet when you know Thibaut Sombardier and his background, nothing is ever really banal, not even his passion for Korea and its cuisine, which he wanted to "Parisianize" with respect by showing it in a personal light. The result is Mojju, a menu where the first bites make you want to try everything, the art of kimchi and bulgogi (grilled marinated) being very well assimilated here: raw beef and nashi pear with soy egg yolk, special kimchi fennel oysters, ribs with Korean barbecue sauce, miso-matured duck and even a well inspired veggie bibimbap. Low prices and discovery guaranteed.
