In the heart of the 7ᵉ arrondissement, a promising journey into Korean cuisine. Thibaut Sombardier is a knowledgeable guide, and knows how to give style and soul to each of his addresses, the decor here evoking traditional little Hanok houses. Service is by the tray, with well-chosen, well-cooked products. We enjoyed the Korean-style black pudding, the raw pear and yuzu beef and the miso-marinated duckling. The menu is well-structured if you don't want to venture too far, and the desserts are pleasantly understated. Accompanied by well-chosen wines, rice alcohol and cocktails..
