Chef's Restaurant In the purest style of this corner of the 17th arrondissement, under the Étoile, with its understated chic, velvety tradition and affable manners, this restaurant, once a haven for Flemish cuisine, holds its own with a certain panache: duck ravioli jus au porto, steamed sea bass lobster gyoza vegetable wok bisque au sauternes, sautéed veal sweetbreads with white asparagus and morels jus de veau.... Admittedly, some dishes cost a little extra, but frankly, the €69 invested for this menu is worth it, with the lemon kiwi sorbet yuzu tart for dessert.
