On the pretty square in front of Saint-Michel Basilica, a small, modest and smiling address for a simple and practical stopover. The plates are very contemporary, composed with effort: beef tataki with sesame and cebette yuzu, broccoli labneh with citrus pomegranate molasses, croque-monsieur with truffle ham and red onion pickles. You can also end the day with a poached pear with almond caramel cream for less than €30. Saint-Omer on draught costs €6 a pint, and the cellar offers a small selection by the glass.
