A wide, fir-green storefront, a lively bistro interior, cleverly vintage in its simplicity. An A4 sheet published daily for the day's pickings and deliveries, brought together in a good €37 menu: asparagus velouté and scamorza, terrine of Perche pig with Bronte pistachios and pickled vegetables, Saint-Jean de Luz mackerel, sobacha spinach grenailles in pil pil sauce, buckwheat caramel crème with salted butter. Right in the mood for ingredients, reliable execution, pleasant atmosphere. In the evening, a different leaf and slightly nobler ingredients, à la carte.
