In this wine-growing village, not far from his 3-Toque gastro restaurant, Matthieu de Lauzun has created this modern, attractive bistro in a beautifully converted former barn. His wife welcomes guests and sets the tone for a distinguished, rustic yet modern ambience, with beams and an open kitchen. In the dining room, Tom and Grégory are invigorating, smiling and attentive as they share the assortment of hors d'oeuvres (poultry cromesquis, scallop carpaccio, mimosa eggs, lentil velouté with lime cream cheese, saffron beet salad...), the pleasant poultry tajine with lemon confit and seasonal vegetables, the lemon meringue tart from a well-performing menu at less than €30. The extensive wine list is well commented by Tom.
